Amway presents … the Detroit Red Wings!

Beginning with the 2011-2012 season, Amway will be the presenting sponsor of the Detroit Red Wings, winner of more Stanley Cup championships than any other U.S. NHL franchise.
Amway is proud to be the first-ever sponsor of this kind for the kings of Hockeytown. Our multi-year agreement with the Wings is a natural “next step” from our current partnership, which features the Amway logo on all Red Wings practice jerseys and pucks.
As part of the agreement, Amway’s Nutrilite™ brand becomes the official nutritional supplement of the Detroit Red Wings – tying our world-class brand with this one-of-a-kind, elite pro sports team.
We love investing in our home state of Michigan, so partnering with this statewide powerhouse is simply puck-perfect.

At the news conference announcing our new partnership, Olympia Entertainment president Tom Wilson was elated. “The unique similarities between our two companies make this a natural alliance that will enhance all areas of our operations, including player nutrition, fan experience, and our dedication to the community,” he said.
Since Amway is the sole presenting sponsor, Red Wings fans will see Amway signage prominent rink-side and around the Joe Louis Arena. And every Red Wings ticket sold at the Joe will have the Amway logo on it.
