Ray Alexander

Director of Transformation

As Director of Transformation for Amway Global, Ray Alexander is responsible for implementing the company’s strategic plans and leading change. Alexander joined the Alticor family of companies in 1978 and has held a variety of positions in product supply, new business development, and global brand management. He most recently held the position of director of marketing, overseeing brand development for Artistry, Nutrilite, Partner Stores, and all brands and products sold in North America.

Alexander earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, Mich., and a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Mich. Alexander sits on the board of Bethany Christian Services and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity. He is a native of Lowell, Mich.

Todd Krause

Director – Sales

As Director of Sales for Amway Global, Todd Krause oversees more than 40 Sales employees, who are responsible for building and maintaining relationships between the company and the Independent Business Owners it supports. In his sales role, Krause often travels around the country speaking to various IBO groups and supporting their efforts to build their Amway Global businesses.

Krause joined the Alticor team in 2002 held positions in international sales and Amway sales.  Prior to being hired by Alticor, Krause was self-employed in independent sales.

Krause earned his bachelor’s degree in business and psychology from Calvin College.

Beth Dornan

Director – Communications

As Director of Communications, Beth Dornan oversees the development of all communications targeted to Independent Business Owners, including product and sales support pieces and copy and design for the Amway Global site and affiliated web properties. Dornan also oversees the team responsible for Amway Global’s public relations efforts, which include general media relations, product publicity, employee communications, sponsorship management, and web reputation.

In 1989, Dornan joined the Public Relations area of Amway Corp. Prior to that she served as an account executive at Amante & Novosad, a Grand Rapids public relations agency, and as a reporter for the Vidette-Messenger (now the Northwest Indiana Times), a daily newspaper based in Valparaiso, Ind.

Dornan earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University. Since then, she has received her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) from the Public Relations Society of America and has earned more than 30 professional awards for public relations work in which she was involved.

Dornan is a National Board Member of the Direct Selling Association, as well as a member of the West Michigan Public Relations Society of America and the International Association of Business Communicators. She is active in many community organizations, including Girl Scouts, her local public schools, and neighborhood association.

Alison Hague

Director of Training and Education

As Director of Training and Education for Amway Global, Alison Hague works with a cross-organizational team dedicated to developing world-class training for Independent Business Owners (IBOs) that will support them in building profitable, balanced businesses. The training offered by her area will fall under the umbrella of Amway University (QU). Amway University offers education and training solutions for IBOs, teaching you what you need to need to know to establish, grow, and achieve long term success. Our learning approach uses multiple formats, including online, DVD, Podcasts, CD-ROM, instructor-led, and print so you can learn in the way and at the time you choose.

Amway University will be a helpful resource for you in your efforts to educate new IBOs, who can take courses on their own time and quickly get up to speed on building a balanced business, selling, and goal setting.

Alison joined the Amway Global team in 2007, but has more than 25 years of Sales, Sales Management and training experience, most recently from Verizon Business and Siebel Systems, both located in Atlanta, GA. She also has authored both instructor-led and online training with the goal of improving selling ability by integrating skills, product, process, and technology.

Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY and a Masters degree from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA.

Mike Sullivan

Director of Catalog, Services, and Partner Stores

Mike Sullivan is Director of Catalog, Services and Partner Stores for Amway Global. He oversees more than 70 employees who are responsible for marketing activities relating to the brands within Amway Global’s Store For More, Services, and Partner Stores categories.

Sullivan has been with parent company Amway for more than 30 years, and previously held a variety of marketing positions. Sullivan earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Grand Valley State University and his master’s in business administration from Western Michigan University.
