In India, the Amway Opportunity Foundation teamed up with I-Train, a team of consultants that provide services to Amway.
Last week, I-Train provided soft-skills development training at vocational centers in Delhi that serve visually impaired students – centers that are already supported by the Amway Opportunity Foundation.
The training emphasized personal grooming, etiquette, motivation and team building.
The students found the sessions informative and interactive, with learnings that will not only help them to overcome barriers, but to also work towards overall professional development.
