I've been working on event communications and scripts with so many different people over the last few months – in the company, outside the company, on the Board — and in the field. I am so amazed and impressed by how talented, creative, and dedicated Amway IBOs, employees and contractors are. Everyone has something to contribute to add value– and this Thanksgiving I am thankful for that. I am also thankful I get to go to San Diego — just being at Achievers and New Platinum Conference with IBOs is energizing. I learn so much! And every IBO who attends is bound to learn more about where the Amway North America is headed including new enhancements and new programs in 2011 to support balanced business success.
