A Spa Day is a great way to de-stress and relax, it’s the perfect opportunity to rejuvenate and restore your mind and body. All you need is to set aside 2-3 hours of some quality time for yourself, and indulge with a spa retreat in the comfort of your own home.
Before you begin the treatments, you’ll want to create a spa atmosphere.

Expression lines are a funny thing. They are like a roadmap of where you have been in your life. Sometimes, the journey was grueling and sometimes, quite simply delightful. I have a love-hate relationship with my lines for they are part of who I am and what made me, but sometimes, they don’t express who I am today—especially those persistent sentinels that have taken station in between my brows.
