Expression lines are a funny thing.  They are like a roadmap of where you have been in your life.  Sometimes, the journey was grueling and sometimes, quite simply delightful.  I have a love-hate relationship with my lines for they are part of who I am and what made me, but sometimes, they don’t express who I am today—especially those persistent sentinels that have taken station in between my brows.  The other lines are the “hanger-onrs,” the guys that hang above the sentinels.  Most of these were born of those times that tested our mettle that challenged us to be better than we are.  Although we manage to survive these times, we are sometimes left with remnants of the bumps in the road…hanging out all over our forehead.

Since I started using the Artistry Crème Luxury, I must admit I’m seeing more of my own personality and less of my history etched across my face!  Quite noticeably were my hanger-onrs, who were reaching like Michelangelo’s angels across the Sistine Chapel to bring the two sides together.  Thankfully, the rich moisturization and cellular regeneration has actually opened up the space in the middle of my forehead.  I’m seeing quite an improvement not only in these lines but in my overall face as well.

I asked my husband about a week after I started using Crème Luxury if he noticed any difference.  He turned his attention away from an episode of “Snapped” on TV and looked over at me, squinting his eyes and then he did something.  He raised a brow and noted, “you look more glowy.” Then he went back to watching T.V.  Glowy is good.  As a matter of fact “Glowy” is really good because one of the things I didn’t like about how my face was changing was that I was losing the brightness and overall even tone it once had.  I can honestly say I’ve been seeing more radiance and less tired looking skin.

During the early phases of my trial with Crème Luxury I wasn’t using any other anti-aging product and I received these results.  This week I added the Artistry Time Defiance 3D Lifting Serum and was amazed at the results.  Try these two together and let me know what you discover!

I am 49.  I have no issue saying it loud and saying it proud, because deep inside I still feel like I’m 23.  The only glitch in this positivity plan is quite frankly the mirror!  That handy little household item that once held a vision of a rosy cheeked high-spirited young woman now holds a completely different vision.  However, is that so bad?  Nope.  But one of the tricky things about making peace with the mirror is finding a way to allow that inner beauty to radiate.  That’s right, I said radiate because it’s not about covering up what you have, it’s about bringing out your best.

For our generation, using a skin care system in our 20’s was a “nice thing to do.”  In our thirties, some of us viewed our changes such as “laugh lines,” as curious mementos of a life-lived. As we headed into our 40’s we saw these curious mementos taking on a more “hard-line” stance so to speak.  Our pores have gotten larger, some of our fine lines were…well…not so fine, and skin dryness?  Wow! That was a whole new world…in a drought.

Like most of us, I started moisturizing regularly in my 30’s all the while thinking, “I'm going to look great at 50, 60…” and so on.  But that moisturizer I used in my 30’s just doesn’t cut it as I stand at 50’s doorstep.  I searched like a wanderer in a desert for a moisturizer that could retain oddly enough, moisture!  Creme LuxuryAfter many stops at more dried up oases, I found my Big Gulp.  The new Artistry Crème Luxury was the answer to my Saharan problem!  The first night I tried it, I discovered that unlike my other moisturizer, I could actually walk from my bathroom to my bed and my face still felt moisturized!  Who knew?

So I started looking into what is allowing my skin to feel soft and supple?  Crazy technical things like Cardiolipin – a rare lipid that helps generate skin renewal and  Nutrilite Spinach Extract, which was not particularly my favorite veggie, but helps to repair past damage and protect against future damage. All I know is that my skin felt like it had its first drink of water in 20 years!  They say that every journey begins with the first step.  I’m excited to share with you my Crème Luxury journey so check back often to see how things are shaping up!
